Today is an Ella-and-Louis day. It is grey and rainy. Ms. Jody is going to visit family Taylor this weekend in Londontown, speaking of grey, rainy, Ella and Louis. I've expressed this before, but I am infinitely jealous. Other than the obvious reasons, I remember liking London a lot but don't really have any real memories of it. I wonder why...I was certainly old enough!

This morning it occurred to me that my favorite sound in the world might be that really cool Doppler effect that thunder has when it rolls across the sky.

I hear it's going to clear up tomorrow. That'd be nice. I have outdoor plans this weekend. And I'd like it to stay that way.

There is, however, also a kick-butt exhibit on frogs opening up at the Museum of Natural History, and if it's raining tomorrow I definitely want to go to that.

Ugh. I think there's detergent in my coffee. Better remedy that, right quick.

Thank goodness for a three-day weekend. Our is already so packed...!
