*so* psyched i can't even explain.

last night i went crawling around tribeca looking for a good place to host the 6th annual Procrastination Queen birthday party, which is being done in conjunction with a certain promising photographer's art show, and boy did i luck out.

we found the very cool iBar, which is owned and operated by Ilene Steinberg, who just so happens to be the friend of one of my business friends, how weird is that? And anyhow, she really liked us, and not only is she happy to host me and my merry crew, she is helping us out to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. not ONLY did she agree to donate a portion of the proceeds, she also on her own found us a beer sponsor, which means that half of each cost of Magic Hat or Sierra Nevada will go to the cause!

aaagh! i'm such a lucky girl i can hardly stand it!

wheee! and now i'm going to have lunch at a nice Italian place with some clients i like. life is good.
