our Fish is dead.
i'm very very upset. he had an eye infection that we took to the Vet and we had to get an aerator and some antibiotics and he looked like he was getting better--color was good and all that and he was eating a lot too--and then i traumatized the crap out of him changing his water, like the vet said we ought to every three days--and then he was all gaspy and spastic and very confused, zipping around like crazy, all night, and he trip so hard to flipper himself back down from the surface of the water, into the plant, where he likes to hide, but now he is lying very still, on his side, on the bottom of his bowl, and it is like the weight of the world is on his little fish body.
and it is just yet another reason to be heartbroken.
my poor, poor, Fish.
i don't think i should have another pet. or children for that matter.
