Hi there.
I was just watching my new favorite show, "Ed."
I LOVE ED. The show's going to be over in a few weeks and that's really going to screw with my daily schedule. I mean, it was bad enough when they started pre-empting Ed for Braves Baseball. I live in the Northeast, for Chrissakes, and they screwed with my Mets a few years ago...why in poop's name would I want to watch Braves baseball? Argh! Damned cable programming. Damned Ted Turner!!!
Anyway. So I was watching Ed, and today was the episode where Ed propses to Carol by long roundabout way of finding her list, written when she was 12, of her favorite things.
He then proceeds to do all of her favorite things for her, and then of course at the end of it he proposed to her.
I think I have one of these lists somewhere. It'd be nice if I could find it. Actually, I don't think I ever actually made a list of my favorite things, ever. I do know that I have a list of things I was supposed to have done by the time I hit 25 or 30 or maybe it was a list of things I wanted to do before I died, or something, and I do know that I'm not sure I've done most of those things. I can't find that list. Maybe it's for the better.
Anyway, I'm going to start work on my list of top 25 favorite things. It's a list I think everyone should have, so that we can all look at them one day and remind ourselves of what's really important.
And also, some of thsoe things should be easily attainable, so that we can go for a fix whenever we like.
